Shipping and Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to all Egyptian governorates via Sendbird shipping company. When completing your order, select your governorate then district from a ready list, and shipping costs appear before confirmation—no surprises.

Some limited areas are not currently covered by the shipping company. If your area is among them, no shipping option will appear; contact us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a suitable solution.

Delivery duration

Orders arrive within 2 to 4 business days depending on governorate. Track your order status in real-time from our order tracking page using your order number and registered phone number.

Cash on Delivery

Pay cash to the courier upon receipt in all governorates. No advance payment required.

Upon receipt

Inspect the package in front of the courier. If the product arrives damaged or different from your order, don't accept it and contact us immediately on WhatsApp or phone to resolve according to our Warranty and Return Policies.
